CVD testing is done in real time right in front of customers. One lot takes approx. 15-20 mins.
We try to test only 5-7 carats at a time in a single tray.

We test the diamonds for Natural or Lab grown . We also check if the test product is a simulant
like Moissanite or syntethic like American diamond or Cubic Zircon.

Labgrown diamonds are diamonds which are not mined from Earth (natural diamonds ) but are
created in a laboratory . There is a significant difference in price of Labgrown and natural
diamonds , natural diamond being expensive , therefore the need to get both tested .

No CVD and HPHT can only be detected by screening them through various lights in machines.
They cannot be detected by looking through an eyeglass

We do not check diamonds for filling. Filling is molten glass that is filled in feather or fissure
of the diamond. Filling cannot be checked in CVD screening machines.

CVD can be tested on mounted jewellery.

CVD/HPHT testing is done through Screening the diamond or jewellery through various lights
. There is no chance of diamond or jewellery getting damaged or there being change of any
characteristics in the diamond or jewellery.

We provide Natural/ Labgrown testing certificate for solitaire diamonds . Testing certificate is
not provided for testing loose diamonds or parcels . It can be provided on request .

Jewelscan HD follows stringent processes religiously , where we first weigh the diamonds in
a Mettler weighing scale , then test the diamonds by first screening through various lights .
Then diamonds are tested for Synthetic or simulant. Lastly diamond is checked by an industry
experienced expert. A hologram certificate is then issued and diamonds are given back to
customers in a sealed envelope. All this process is done right in front of the customer where
the customer can verify the diamonds at any stage. The authentication seal ensures security of
the diamond if the customer sends a staff or a representative.

bulk testing for our customers at very affordable prices . Customers can get the diamonds tested
any number of times over the validity period upto the caratage purchased.
